Note: You must share a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the damage or issue, recorded
from start to end without cuts. Without this video proof, we will not be able to initiate any return or
exchange process.
2. Return/Exchange Window:
– You must initiate the return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
– Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
– Products that have been worn, used, washed, or altered.
– Items without original packaging and tags.
– Custom-made or personalized items.
– Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect).

– Mention your order number and reason for return, along with the mandatory unboxing video.
– If approved, we will share the return shipping details.
– The customer is responsible for return shipping unless it is due to our error.
5. Refunds:
– Refunds are processed only if a return request is approved.
– The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we
receive and inspect the returned product.
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Responsibility:
